Didactic Lectures
During the first year, students will enroll in specific lectures and practicum designed to provide specialized knowledge in Transfusion Medicine, Immunology, HLA, Hematology, and Molecular Biology. The clinical practicum offers the opportunity to gain experience in many specialized laboratories throughout the city and at UTHSCSA.
Remaining core graduate courses must be completed in the second year. Electives are used to compliment the student’s career objectives and provide the requisite knowledge to complete the research project
